After being a former teacher of 10 years and working as a cook in various capacities for many years, I found out about the Texas Cottage Food Industry. After much encouragement from family and friends, I decided to share my love of cooking through my own small business venture. We have been in business since August of 2024. I am also a minister full-time at our church.
